Tenn-Share Tenn-Share is a nonprofit membership organization for libraries that serves as Tennessee’s only purchasing consortium for all library types.

Tenn-Share is a member-driven organization serving Tennessee libraries by providing cost effective resources and services that help them better serve their communities. With over 600 academic, school, public and special library members, Tenn-Share negotiates discounts for critical library resources, operates the state’s interlibrary loan courier service, holds events and professional development opportunities for librarians, and generally works to help Tennessee libraries fulfill their missions.

Passing along the info for this great event for Resource Sharing Professionals!

The fourth Southeastern Resource Sharing Conference will take place this October in Memphis on the campus of Rhodes College. Join us October 22-23 to show your burning love for all things resource sharing. Our keynote speakers will be Margaret Ellingson from Emory University and Susan Morris from the University of Georgia. Together they have over 100 years of resource sharing experience.

The conference will start with a welcome gathering at Wiseacre Brewing Downtown Memphis, Wednesday evening (10/21) followed by a day and a half of presentations, panels, lightning talks, poster sessions and informal discussions in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Whether you've been doing resource sharing for a lifetime or are just starting out, this is the place for you.

We are pleased to share that Tenn-Share is hiring for a part-time Renewals Manager position. This role will primarily support the management of renewals for our eResource purchasing groups.
