More affordable housing coming to New Mexico! Congratulations to Albuquerque Housing Authority and Housing New Mexico on their groundbreaking ceremony for Casitas del Camino this past Thursday! Construction begins on a project to renovate defunct public housing at West Central and 60th NW, plus add additional units to bring the total to 88 affordable homes available to renters earning 60% or less of the average median income.

As a part of the Choice Neighborhoods project, we're excited to share that fifteen artwork panels were recently installed at three PH sites in the International District - Grove, Pennsylvania, & Gibson. These original pieces were created by local artist Marisol Driovinto. Marisol worked with AHA residents to capture their vision for the future of the neighborhood. We’d also like to thank AllPrint Graphics for printing & installing the artwork. Look out for new asphalt murals in the neighborhood in May!
