Amy Dominguez, of Anthony Water and Sanitation District, is the first Apprentice in New Mexico to apply for and receive the National Rural Water Association (NRWA) $5,000 Stipend, recognizing her dedication to clean water and the apprenticeship program. It was an honor to present the stipend on behalf of National Rural Water Association (NRWA) and witness her heartfelt, teary-eyed gratitude.
