Our Story

HELP New Mexico, Inc. (HELPNM), has provided services to more than 950,000 individuals and families. Migrant families, self-employed farmers and ranchers, low-income families, abused and neglected children, senior citizens, people with disabilities and disadvantaged youth have all benefited from our programs and services.

These services have included adult education, job training, early childhood development and education, youth development and care, self-help housing construction, rural health clinics, land development, job placement, literacy training, affordable housing, nutritious meals and family counseling.

We are committed to ensure the causes and conditions of poverty are effectively addressed and to strengthen, promote, represent, and serve the people of New Mexico.
