Albuquerque Police Union wants all citizens to know they can no longer keep you safe. Kids as young as elementary school are being recruited into gangs. There isn't enough police to respond when you call 911, even if there is a shoot out. There are seven cops to handle thousands of gang members. Don't believe us?
