It focuses on four pillars: disrupting adversaries, supporting victims, strengthening partnerships, and building the capabilities this mission demands.

The threat is moving at speed and scale. The front lines increasingly run through American businesses and critical infrastructure, so this strategy is not about the FBI alone.
