Your voice matters πŸ—³οΈβœ¨
The June 2 Primary Election is an opportunity to stay informed, get involved, and help shape the future of our community. The Office of Civic Engagement encourages residents to participate in the democratic process and make a plan to vote.

New Mexico is introducing semi-open primaries for the first time this election cycle. Residents looking for voting information, voter guides, and additional election resources can find everything linked in our bio.

Community organizations like Conservation Voters New Mexico, Sierra Club, and League of Women Voters New Mexico have also shared voter guides and election resources for those interested in learning more before Election Day.

Every Volunteer has a reason β€” and every reason makes a difference. πŸŽ€πŸ’™

At Volunteer fest on April 30 we invited in attendees to share why they choose to volunteer by stepping up to the mic and finishing the sentence: β€œI volunteer because….”

The answers were inspiring, heartfelt, and a reminder that volunteering is about more than giving time β€” it’s about building community, creating connection, and showing up for one another.

Thank you to everyone who shared their story and continues to make Albuquerque stronger through service. Your passion, kindness and commitment help move our forward every day. 🌟

Ready to get involved to join the one ABQ volunteers network and discover ways to serve your community. 🀝
