Today, we remember. Today, we honor. Today, we never forget.

Our 2nd & 3rd grade boys took time to write heartfelt letters to firefighters as a small way of saying thank you to the brave men and women who serve and protect our communities.

Ms. Clayton will be delivering their letters, along with some cookies, to a local firehouse, a simple gesture filled with gratitude and appreciation.❤️

May we always remember those we lost, honor those who served, and teach the next generation the importance of courage, kindness, and community.

Our Girls’ Academy Strategy #2 is CHECKLISTS! 📝💕

From rubrics and agendas to daily schedules and written cues, our girls use visual tools to understand expectations, plan ahead, and know what comes next.

These tools help our scholars:
✨ Understand expectations for each task
✨ Break learning into manageable steps
✨ Develop strong planning skills
✨ Prepare for what comes next
✨ Build independence and confidence
✨ Take greater ownership of their learning

At Coral, we believe independence doesn’t happen overnight, it is taught, practiced, and strengthened every day. 💪🏽📚

💙 Coral Strategy Spotlight: Vision & Mission

Where are we going, and how are we going to get there? 🎯

Our Boys’ Academy Strategy #2 is Vision & Mission—because having a clear goal and a plan for achieving it helps our boys become confident, purposeful learners and problem-solvers.
✨ VISION: What do we want to be when we leave Coral?
✨ MISSION: How do we get there?

Our Boys’ Academy Norms connect directly to this vision and mission, giving each cohort a framework for what success can look like. During Boy Time, our boys explore positive male role models, identify examples of the qualities they want to develop, and think about how their own choices can help them reach their goals.

Most importantly, our boys learn to use their Vision & Mission to solve problems independently, asking themselves what they want their outcome to be and what steps they can take to get there. 💪🏽⭐

We aren’t just teaching our boys what to do. We’re teaching them how to think about where they’re going. 🩵
