๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ The Albrightsville Volunteer Fire Company proudly honors and remembers the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others and to our nation. Their courage, dedication, and selfless commitment will never be forgotten.

The Missing Manโ€™s Table stands before us as a solemn reminder of those who answered the call of duty and never returned home. Each item placed upon this table carries a special meaning โ€” the white tablecloth symbolizes the purity of their intentions, the single rose represents the blood they shed and the loved ones who continue to keep faith while awaiting their return, the candle signifies the enduring light of hope, and the empty chair reminds us of the profound absence felt by all who knew and loved them.

Today, we pause to remember those who are missing in action, prisoners of war, and those whose fate remains unknown. Though they may be absent from our sight, they are forever present in our hearts. Their sacrifice, bravery, and unwavering devotion to this country will always be remembered with honor and gratitude.

May we continue to cherish the freedoms they defended, uphold the values they fought to protect, and stand united in appreciation for all who gave their lives in service to this great nation. Until every hero is accounted for, this table will remain set โ€” a lasting symbol of honor, remembrance, gratitude, and eternal respect.
