Koinonia Home Adult Foster Care Koinonia Faith Homes provide 24-hour supervision and activities, which include: table top games, Reading, Television, Crafts, Music.

Visitation and Outings are also offered at the Koinonia Faith Homes. The elderly residents will be offered opportunities to interact with others which will bring enrichment to their lives.

REMINDER! Always remember to check on your elderly loved ones and remind them to take care of themselves! Ask them questions like: What did you eat today? When did you last shower? Have you been to the bathroom? These may seem like common tasks however some may need a loving friendly reminder! It takes just a second to spread love!

Our Story

Koinonia Faith Homes was started in 2008 in order to meet the needs of the elderly and disabled in the community of Albion and surrounding areas. Clarissa Graham began offering care for the elderly in the 70’s and received a vision to began her own care facility when her very own mother Rose Mary Kemp fell ill. The mission of Koinonia Faith Homes is to offer a safe, loving and nurturing environment for persons with disabilities and the elderly community. The meaning of Koinonia is “the communion by intimate participation” and here in our facility we stand by the principles of coming together, fellowship and believing.
