Wonderful and deserved recognition for our colleagues at the Eddy VNRA, and a great reminder of the critical role home and community-based care plays in the broader healthcare eco system.
We are HONORED! Eddy VNRA has been recognized by U.S. News as one of the “Best Home Health 2026” agencies in the country! We received a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, and the additional designation as a "High Performing Agency." This marks the first time U.S. News has rated home health agencies. Only 10% of more than 12,000 home health agencies rated met that standard, and only 17% of home health agencies nationwide earned the High Performing designation.

The U.S. News ratings are based on a rigorous, unbiased analysis of data published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), including agencies’ quality of care score, which measures how well they help patients achieve better health outcomes and avoid hospitalizations and other complications. It also includes a patient experience score, based on a national survey of patients and their family members about the professionalism, communication, overall satisfaction, and other aspects of care received.
Since 1908, Eddy VNRA has been providing comprehensive, high-quality in-home health care services that help individuals remain independent in their own homes where they prefer. Services include visiting nurses; certified home health aides; physical, occupational, and speech therapists; nutritionists; medical social workers, and more. Eddy VNRA cares for more than 11,000 patients yearly.
