COMMUNITY & ENVIRONMENT FUNDS PROGRAM
Empowering Growth. Easing Hardship.
About the Program
The Community and Environment Funds Program (CEFP) is a federally supported, reimbursement-based grant initiative administered by the National Foundation for Public Development (NFPD). This program was created to empower citizens, ease financial hardship, and promote economic stability through targeted support initiatives that strengthen families, enhance community well-being, and encourage sustainable development.
Our Mission
The mission of the CEFP is to help individuals and communities achieve lasting growth by providing financial assistance and resources that promote independence, stability, and opportunity. The program focuses on ensuring that every eligible individual—regardless of their employment status, background, or life circumstance—has access to the financial means to build a better future.
