Each Christmas season the staff at Catholic Charities Care Coordination Services embrace the spirit of giving by spreading joy and happiness to the individuals and families we serve. Today, we invite you to become a part of this mission by contributing to our Holiday Giving Program.
Donors support this program by making cash donations, holding a gift collection drive, adopting a family or families, or adopting an individual by fulfilling a gift wish list. The grateful recipients of your generosity are the individuals with complex health issues and chronic conditions that we serve. Together, we can make the holiday season magical for those in need.
Many of our clients survive on limited, fixed incomes, leaving little to no money left after household expenses. Those who are already struggling to support their basic needs are unable to fully celebrate Christmas due to their lack of financial resources and complex health challenges.

Siena College thank you so much for helping us assist our clients with programs like our Emergency Assistance Fund. Your continued support of our programs and services enables us to help clients struggling with chronic illnesses, including HIV/AIDS, substance use and mental health concerns with compassion and support.
