🚧 New Firehouse Construction Update 🚧
We’re excited to share that all concrete footings have been poured and the foundation is now complete — a major milestone that officially establishes the building footprint and clears the way for vertical construction.
This progress has continued despite abnormally low temperatures and higher-than-average snowfall this winter. Thanks to strong coordination, careful site management, and the dedication of our construction partners, the project remains on schedule even in challenging weather conditions.
Structural steel has now been delivered and installation is underway. As the steel framework rises, the community will begin to see the new firehouse truly take shape.
Beyond improved operational readiness and safety, the new facility is being built with sustainability in mind. It will be significantly more energy-efficient than our current firehouse, featuring modern insulation, high-efficiency mechanical systems, and environmentally responsible design — reducing long-term operating costs and lowering our environmental footprint.
Thank you to our residents for your continued support. We look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses through spring, summer, and fall 2026.
