1. Elberon Place between Quail Street and S. Lake Avenue, Water Department contractor –September 5th until September 8th , 2017
a. Road Closed to all except Residents and Emergency Vehicles, between Quail Street and N. Lake Avenue
b. Parking Prohibited on Elberon Place from Quail St east to #58 Elberon, both sides of the street
c. Parking Prohibited on Elberon Place from S. Lake Ave to #38 Elberon, both sides of the street
d. Parking Prohibited on Quail Street both sides from Jay St to Western Avenue
e. All Regular Parking Regulations on Elberon Pl and on Quail Street from Jay to Western are suspended from September 5-8, 2017
2. Madison Avenue, from Ontario Street to Partridge Street, National Grid restoration crews will be repairing the previously excavated area on the North side of the road.
a. Parking Prohibited on the North Side of Madison Avenue from Ontario St to Partridge St from September 5th – 8th, 7AM-6PM each day
b. All Regular Parking Regulations in this area are suspended from September 5-8, 2017
3. Mercer Street, from Quail St to S. Lake Ave, National Grid’s Contracting crews will be installing new gas main/ house services August 30th until September 6th , 7AM-6PM each day
a. Parking Prohibited on both sides of Mercer St from Quail St to S. Lake Ave from August 30th until September 6th 7AM-6PM Each Day (Holiday excluded)
b. All Regular Parking Regulations in these areas are suspended from August 30th until September 6th , 2017
4. Yates Street, from Quail St to S. Lake Ave, National Grid’s Contracting crews will be installing new gas main/ house services August 30th until September 6th , 7AM-6PM each day
a. Parking Prohibited on both sides of Yates St from Quail St to S. Lake Ave from August 30th until September 6th 7AM-6PM Each Day (Holiday excluded)

10. Parkwood Street/Edison Ave between Fairview Ave and W. Erie St, the City’s Contractor will be milling installing new sidewalks, curbs & Paving the roadway.

11. Betwood Street between Whitehall Road and Hackett Boulevard, the City’s Contractor will be milling installing new curbs, sidewalks and paving the roadway
a. Parking Prohibitions: Betwood Street west side from Whitehall Road and Hackett Boulevard from September 5th-8th, 7AM-6PM each day
b. Parking Prohibitions: Betwood Street east side from Whitehall Road to Hackett Boulevard from September 7th-8th,7AM-6PM Each day

12. Dove Street, between Clinton Avenue and Sheridan Avenue, the City’s contractor will be removing asphalt and installing new concrete sidewalks
a. Parking Prohibitions: Dove St both sides of the road from Clinton Ave to Sheridan Ave September 7th until September 8th, 7AM-6PM each day
13. Madison Avenue between Partridge Street and Lark Street/Delaware Avenue, the City’s Contractor has begun road work on this Federal Aid Project, Madison Ave Complete Street Phase 2.

14. Wilkins Avenue between Livingston Avenue and Beverly Avenue. The City’s Contractor will be milling, installing new curbs, sidewalks, and paving the roadway

b. Parking Prohibitions: Wilkins Avenue east side from Livingston Ave to Beverly Ave from September 7th-8th, 7AM6PM each day

15. Thornton Street between Beverly Avenue and Livingston Avenue. The City’s Contractor will be milling, installing new curbs, sidewalks, and paving the roadway
a. Parking Prohibitions: Thornton Street, west side from Beverly Avenue to Livingston Avenue from September 5th -8th , 2017 EACH DAY
b. Parking Prohibitions: Thornton Street, east side from Beverly Avenue to Livingston Avenue from September 7th-8th, 7AM-6PM each day
c. All Regular Parking Regulations in this area are suspended from September 5-8, 2017
16. Northern Boulevard between I-90 and Rt9, The City’s Contractor will be conducting roadwork in preparation of final paving weekdays from 6AM-6PM from September 5-8, 2017. Lane Shifts will be in place through the work zone. Delays will be encountered. All businesses as well as Albany Memorial Hospital will be open normal hours.
17. Washington Avenue between Dove Street and Lark Street, CDTA’s contractors have begun the relocation of the bus stop between Dove Street and Lark Street. This work will include new curb, sidewalks, roadway, traffic signals, crosswalks, and relocating the westbound bus stops on Washington Ave at Dove and at Lark to a new bus stop in front of the Albany Public Library midblock on Washington Ave.
a. Parking is Prohibited on the North side of Washington Ave between Dove Street and Lark Street from August 28th until September 8th, 2017 6AM-6PM EACH WEEK DAY.
b. Regular Parking Regulations, excluding meter parking, in this area are suspended from August 22nd until September 8th, 2017
18. Broadway between Clinton Avenue and Spencer Street, private development project will continue in this area that will have a long term lane shift of Broadway to facilitate the construction activities for the project. Signage, pavement markings and construction barrier have been placed to separate vehicle and pedestrian traffic from the work area. Delays are not expected in this area.
19. Broadway between Livingston Avenue and Wilson Street as well as Livingston Ave between N. Pearl St and Montgomery Street. Private development project has begun in this area that will have a long term lane shift of Broadway to facilitate the construction activities for the project. Signage, pavement markings and construction barrier have been placed to separate vehicle and pedestrian traffic from the work area. This work will also involve an in roadway sewer separation project that will also have its own work zone plan. Minor delays are expected through this work area.
