Each year, Riverview Correctional Facility Make a Difference Day Committee partners with the local Ogdensburg VFW to honor veterans by placing flags at their gravesites ahead of Memorial Day. This year, the committee placed approximately 700 flags and replaced old flower beds in preparation of the VFW’s Memorial Day Ceremony.
