The Albany Fire Department was fortunate to be able to send a brush truck to assist with the wildfires in Brantley County this week. They will be among several other departments assisting with the wildfires in that area. We would like to thank Captain Camden Woodlief, Lieutenant Christy Bengis, Sergeant Amanda Holton, and Corporal Chauncey Hayslip for their commitment and dedication to the profession at home and abroad and always answering the call. AFD is praying for them and all those involved. Be safe team.
