Alliance for Positive Health is a LGBTQ health resource, providing health information and services to individuals within the 17 counties of Northeastern New York. Alliance for Positive Health - LGBTQ provides LGBTQ individuals with access to health services, free HIV, STI testing and PrEP referral services and promotes LGBTQ specific health information and resources. Our program offers you the opp

ortunity to work with a Community Health Specialist to identify your needs and barriers preventing you from getting in and staying in health care, and to connect your with local resources you need to succeed. Counties we serve: Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, Washington

We know that health and wellness is different for everyone. For some of us, it's access to gender-affirming care. For others, it's building community and feeling safe to be ourselves. What does it mean to you? We would love your perspective (and the opportunity to give you a gift card so you can treat yourself)
