☀️ Thompson Middle School Summer Camp students spent the day exploring their community with stops at Alabaster City Hall, the Alabaster Police Department, and Alabaster City Schools.

During their visit to ACS, Superintendent Dr. Vickers shared how our school system operates and the many people who work together to support student success. It was a great opportunity for students to learn more about local government, public service, and the inner workings of their school district.

🛡️ Investing in school safety means investing in our students.

Representatives from Alabaster City Schools recently attended the Alabama Association of School Resource Officers (TAASRO) Conference, gaining valuable insights and connecting with school safety professionals from across the state.

We are thankful for the continued partnership between ACS and the Alabaster Police Department as we work together to foster safe, secure, and welcoming learning environments for all students.
