Hello everyone! We are Love Thy Neighbor Foundation, a program dedicated to providing safe, affordable, and supportive housing for independent adults, including seniors and individuals with disabilities who do not require medical care or 24/7 assistance.

We are currently searching for a residential rental property in Cleveland or surrounding areas, specifically around zip codes 44120, 44128, 44105, 44110, 44108, 44103, and nearby communities.

What we are looking for:
• 3+ bedrooms
• At least 1.5 bathrooms
• Budget under $1,500/month
• Preferably rent-by-owner/private landlord

Our shared housing program creates a respectful, structured, and community-oriented living environment. The lease agreement would be directly between the property owner and the program director of Love Thy Neighbor Foundation, ensuring one responsible point of contact for rent, communication, maintenance coordination, and property care.
