📕Calling all writers and thriller lovers!

Natalie D. Richards, NYT bestseller, Edgar Award winner, and creator of page‑turning chaos, is coming to lead a writing workshop and talk about her latest book, Two Perfect Lies.

🐰🌷Celebrate spring with the Northwest Family Recreation Center and the Library! Play games, make a craft, go on a scavenger hunt, take a photo with the bunny, walk our story walk trail, and more!

Created with ages 3–9 in mind, but all ages are warmly welcomed and celebrated. Offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

🎶 Drop in for hands-on, open‑ended STEAM and creative play designed for children ages 2–5 with a caregiver—though all ages are welcome and celebrated.

In Time to Rhyme, little ones can search for Little Bo Peep’s lost sheep, build Humpty Dumpty’s wall, and enjoy playful activities inspired by classic children’s songs and nursery rhymes.

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, all Akron‑Summit County Public Library locations will be closed on Monday, January 19.

We encourage our community to take time to reflect, learn, and engage in the spirit of Dr. King's legacy.

We’ll reopen with normal hours on Tuesday.
