Thank you to all the Stow Municipal Court communities for having the confidence in me to continue to serve as your judge. I truly enjoy going to work everyday to help others. Thank you for letting me continue doing what I am passionate about. Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this year. I could not have done this without you.

We are one week away from Election Day. Please get out and vote November 2nd and vote for Judge Lisa Coates.

Today a mailer came out with a photograph of me with the appearance that I was endorsing a candidate for the Clerk of Courts race. No individual or political party was given permission by me to use that photograph or any picture of me for any mailer.

The Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct Rule 4.1(A) states: "A judge or judicial candidate shall not do any of the following: (3) Publicly endorse or oppose a candidate for another political office."

This was done without my knowledge or consent. I do not endorse or oppose any political candidate as I took an oath to do under the law.
