From providing minor accessibility modifications for older adults to age in place, to replacing roofs for low-income disabled homeowners, we aim to serve our clients and their communities in a meaningful, sustainable way. heast Ohio is able to leave a lasting impact on communities across Northeast Ohio. To be eligible for one of our grant programs you must be either over the age of 62/60 or are disabled, own your single-family home, be current on property taxes, and meet the income limit.

Now through February 2, we’re partnering with 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞’𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 stores across the country to support safer, healthier homes and communities—all you have to do is round up your transaction to the nearest dollar to help make a difference! So, this holiday season, whether you’re looking for Black Friday deals, picking out a gift for the DIYer in your life, or getting ready for your next home project, each small round-up donation adds up to real impact and support for families in
need.
