A Navigator can connect you to:• Baby items & diapers• Counseling support• Doula support• Food assistance• Home visiting programs• And more!

How it works:• Complete a quick 5–10 minute phone screening• Get connected to helpful resources• Receive a $20 gift card for completing the screening

Requirements:• Must be pregnant• Must live in Summit County• Must not have completed this screening before

That construction will require temporary changes to some parking areas and possibly some building entrances.

Please be aware of signs and traffic control cones set up to keep you and your vehicle safe while on site.
