POP-UP FREE SEED LIBRARY EVENT –Thursdays, September 3, & 17, 1:00 pm -3:00 pm. In partnership with the library, The Aiken Soil and Water Conservation District will host a Pop-Up Seed Event to distribute free vegetable, herb and flower seeds to residents. Packets will be limited to 3 per patron.

DEMENTIA 201: POSITIVE INTERACTIONS – Thursday, September 10, 11:00am – 12:30pm.
A 90- minute class designed for caregivers and supporters of individuals living with dementia. Participants will learn practical communication techniques and problem-solving strategies to help foster positive interactions, reduce stress, and improve daily caregiving experiences.

EL RINCÓN - YOUR SPANISH CONVERSATION GROUP IN AIKEN – Saturdays, September 12, 26, & October 10, 3:00 – 4:00pm. Join our rincón (Spanish word for little corner/retreat) to practice your Spanish skills with passionate and kind individuals. There is no fee to attend. Our conversations include a wide range of learning activities such as games, readings, cultural projects, and much more!
