We have several important updates to share today.

Due to the weather last week, the construction timeline for completing the Recreation Center was delayed. Our summer program was originally scheduled to begin on June 8, and while the facility is not quite ready, camp will still move forward as planned. We have already contacted those who are registered.

Camp is currently full, and we have started a waitlist. Additional camp information will be shared in our next post.

With that being said, the pool opening and Summer Break Cafe will be pushed back by one week. Our current plan is to begin both on June 15.

We apologize for the delay and appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side, but we are working hard to get everything ready and provide a great summer for our community.

Dry high pressure will continue to linger across the region through the weekend. While temps will climb into the low 90's, humidity will remain fairly low Friday & Saturday. Moisture starts to return Sunday but rain chances will hold off until Monday.
