🌡️ The heat isn’t letting up. As we continue into the weekend, remember these few simple ways to help keep your home comfortable and your energy use in check:

✔️ Raise your thermostat a few degrees when possible.
✔️ Cook with smaller appliances like air fryers, slow cookers, or microwaves.
✔️ Close blinds, curtains, and shades to keep the sun’s heat out.
✔️ Use fans to help circulate cool air.
✔️ Avoid using large appliances during the hottest part of the day.

A few small changes can go a long way. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and have a great weekend!

What an incredible turnout for Run United! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💙

Thanks to the support of our amazing community, 1,191 runners registered, and $54,200 was raised to benefit United Way of Aiken County, Inc., to support those in need throughout our area.
