🇺🇸 25 YEARS LATER — WE REMEMBER 🇺🇸
September 11, 2001 is a day none of us will ever forget.
As veterans, we know what it means to serve, to stand together, and to answer the call when our country needs us. Twenty-five years ago today, our nation was attacked, and so many innocent lives were taken.
We remember the 2,977 people who never made it home. We remember the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military members, and everyday Americans who showed incredible courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
And we remember the days that followed — when our differences seemed to disappear, neighbors looked out for one another, and America stood together.
From all of us here at VFW Post 3529, we honor those we lost, those who served in the years that followed, and every family whose lives were forever changed.
25 years later, their names, their stories, and their sacrifice remain with us.
