I just want to start this post by thanking every one who supported me. Sadly we didn’t pull out this win in this election but I still claim this as a Victory. I know for a fact that I made a impact and I made a statement. This is only the beginning and I’m excited for what the future holds and thank you to Councilman McClain for a clean race.

As a young African American male its really frustrating when our people feel as though voting won’t change anything. How come we are the first to voice our opinions but are always the last ones to move? I saw the lack of resources in our community so you know what I did? I started a non profit organization. I saw all the comments about Jim Battle Park’s condition so you know what I did I went out and revamped it. I saw all the comments about the light bills so you know what I did I ran for city council. My point is stop voicing your opinions if you have no plans on changing anything‼️ Now is the time to let your voices be heard. Change starts within yourself so starting this Tuesday get out and get active.
