☀️💦 We are OFFICIALLY OPEN for the Summer Swim Season! 💦☀️

The wait is over… grab your towels, sunscreen, and get ready to make some summer memories at the pool! 🏊‍♀️🌊☀️

Our team has been working hard getting everything ready and we are excited to welcome everyone back for another amazing season!

🕶️ Summer Hours:
Monday - Thursday 12:30 - 5 pm and 6:15 - 8 pm Open Swim
Friday 12:30 - 5 pm Open Swim
Saturday & Sunday 12:00 - 1 pm Family swim (parents w/children)
1:00 - 6pm Open Swim

🎟️ Season passes are available and can still be purchased!
📱 We encourage guests to make sure residency documents are uploaded and approved prior to arrival for faster check-in and resident pricing.

☀️ A fresh new look is coming together at the Adel Family Aquatic Center! Our Parks staff has been hard at work getting the facility ready for another great swim season — including the installation of our newly replaced shade structure. 🏊‍♀️🌊

Opening Day is May 30, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for summer fun!

Friendly Reminder:
Please purchase your season passes PRIOR to opening day. Facility staff will not have the ability to approve or upload residency documents at the aquatic center.

✅ To receive resident pricing, please:
• Upload residency documents ahead of time
• Wait for approval before purchasing
• Purchase passes online OR have documents approved prior to purchasing at the facility

Get ready, Adel! Starting at 8:30 AM on Friday, April 10th, you can:

We’ve simplified our season pass structure!
Each individual will now purchase their own pass (no more family/single/nanny options).

💲 Season Pass Rates:
• Residents: $45/person
• Non-Residents: $70/person

📌 Important Reminder – Proof of Residency Required
To receive resident pricing, documentation must be uploaded and approved for EACH individual on your account (documents cannot be uploaded under just one family member).

Adults:
• Driver’s License (or state ID)
• Current utility bill

ADM Students:
• If parent has already uploaded their DL & utility bill → upload student registration
• If parent has NOT uploaded documents → upload student registration + parent DL + utility bill

Children (not in school or homeschooled):
• If parent has already uploaded documents → upload birth certificate
• If parent has NOT uploaded documents → upload birth certificate + parent DL + utility bill

⚠️ Accounts default to non-resident until documents are approved.

🏊‍♀️ Swim Lesson Registration Opens Soon! 🏊‍♂️

Swim lesson registration will open at 8:30 AM on Friday, April 3rd. Be sure you’re ready - spots fill quickly!

Before registering, please take a few minutes to review the American Red Cross level descriptions to ensure you are enrolling your child in the appropriate level. This helps create the best learning experience for everyone.

⚠️ Private Lesson Reminder:
If you plan to register siblings together for private lessons, they must be of similar age and ability level.

Registering children with a large age/skill gap (for example, an 8-year-old and a 4-year-old) does not allow the instructor to effectively teach either child.

🚨 Important Registration Update 🚨
We’ve recently updated our registration system and proof of residency is now required in order to receive resident rates for programs and passes.
Until documentation is uploaded and approved, your account will automatically default to non-resident, which may result in higher program fees. Residents include those living in Adel, DeSoto, and Minburn.
📌 Each household member must upload TWO (2) documents.
Please make sure you select each individual person on your account and upload their documents under their name.
Adults:
• State-issued ID or passport
AND
• Current utility bill
Minor Children:
• Parent/guardian state-issued ID or passport
AND
• Most recent school registration form
(or birth certificate if not yet in school)

⏰ We strongly encourage everyone to complete this before swim lesson registration opens April 3 to ensure a smooth registration process.
Our private swim lessons typically fill for the entire summer within about 30 minutes, so having your residency approved ahead of time can help you avoid missing out on your preferred lessons.
