Congratulations to Elijah Roberts!

Addison's Roberts named Player of Week after four TD performance against Lynn

Addison's Elijah Roberts had a hand in four touchdowns as the third-ranked Bulldogs moved to 2-0 on the season with a 35-0 home victory over Lynn on Friday night.

Roberts totaled 288 yards of offense in the game, scoring on runs of 35, 3 and 58 yards and throwing a 25-yard touchdown pass. Roberts is the Daily Mountain Eagle PrepZone Player of the Week. The senior quarterback rushed 17 times for 206 with the three touchdowns and also completed 8 of 14 passes for 82 yards and a score.

Roberts, who totaled 42 touchdowns last season, now has 10 touchdowns on the season, while rushing for 379 yards and five scores.

•Corner quarterback Keaton Coffee: The senior quarterback carried the load on the offensive end in the Yellow Jackets' narrow 34-28 loss at Oneonta. Coffee rushed 25 times for 249 yards two touchdowns and also completed 14 of 28 passes for 145 yards.
