We are so excited to once again being selected as one of the beneficiaries for the KBR charity golf tournament. Such incredible generosity and we are honored to be included on a of so many prestigious non profit organizations.

On International Day of Charity, we celebrate the power of giving and the organizations creating meaningful change in our communities. We're reflecting on two decades of impact made by the KBR Charity Golf Tournament and the more than $13.2 million raised to support communities in need. This year, 15 nonprofit organizations will benefit from the tournament's continued legacy of giving.

Kendyl is a 26 year old who has a rare condition, just 40 out of 100,000 woman have it, and she needs to travel from her home in City of Lubbock to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for specialized care. Since the beginning of 2023, Kendyl has flown 29 missions with Angel Flight South Central's amazing volunteer pilots! These missions have included flights to/from diagnosis appointments and life-changing treatment appointments. It has been such a gift to be a part of Kendyl's journey and Angel Flight South Central will continue to be there for her as her journey continues, because HALF THE CURE IS GETTING THERE. ✈️ It takes a team to make a 1,800-mile round-trip mission possible.

Thank you to LifeLine Pilots volunteer pilots Joshua, Brandon, David, and Kerry, along with our partners at Angel Flight South Central, for helping Brittany travel from Arkansas to the Cleveland Clinic and safely back home. ☀️

Because of dedicated volunteers like these, distance doesn’t have to be a barrier to healthcare, and patients can focus on what matters most: getting the care they need. 💙

Teamwork makes the dream work! Earlier this month, volunteer pilots Rep. Jake Ellzey and Taylor Smith teamed up to fly 21-year-old Van from Dallas to Denver for critical care. Van has a very rare condition (affecting less than 1% of the population) and finding care can be challenging therefore he has to travel to Denver for specialized treatments The Yakes Vascular Malformation Center. A special thanks to Jake and Taylor for flying this incredible mission and to Van for allowing us to be a part of his journey.

Melanie, Executive Director for Angel Flight South Central, loves getting to recognize volunteer pilots when they reach mission milestone. Today, she got to celebrate 1,100+ missions (a HUGE accomplishment) with Hogan Brian Brooks. Hundreds of passengers have had access to life-saving and life-changing care all because of him. Thank you Brian ❤️

Volunteer pilots James Wright first flew Laura from San Antonio to Houston for cancer treatments in July of last year and the two immediately hit it off. Since that first flight, James has flown Laura 30+ times! When we open our hearts to others, beautiful things happen. Thanks James - you are a true angel. UT MD Anderson Cancer Center
