Pennsylvania Canine Search & Rescue - Pacsar Pennsylvania Canine Search and Rescue is a volunteer non profit search and rescue association that was started October 14, 2012.

Pennsylvania Canine Search And Rescue henceforth referred to as PACSAR will respond when called upon from FEMA to assist in other State and Countries during catastrophies. PACSAR trains with the highest standards so when called the chance of locating the missing/lost subject(s) are located in a fast and timely manner that can make the difference in saving lives in all situations.
