Adams Residents,

Recently there have been increasing concerns about motorized foot scooters in the city. Whether it be riding erratically on the sidewalks or not looking for vehicles while crossing the roads, many people are concerned for the safety of the children operating the scooters and some of our older residents are concerned for their own safety. I am sharing the Minnesota state statute on motorized foot scooters to help parents understand the legal requirements and encourage them to talk with their children about riding safely and legally around Adams to help prevent accidents.
