I miss all of your smiling faces. The Dudley family has had an amazing summer settling into our new house and making it a home!

We have gone on daily walks and bike rides through our new neighborhood, explored new parks and libraries, spent time up north boating, hiking, fishing, eating s'mores, and even traveled to California for Mr.
Dudley's business trip.

The most special part of our summer has been growing baby #3. A little brother will be joining our family at the end of December! 🩷💙🩵

I cannot wait to see you all next week and hear about your summer adventures.

I am so excited to introduce myself as your new PE teacher. I can't wait to meet all of the amazing students and kick off a fun-filled, active school year together!

Before the school year starts, I've been soaking up every minute of summer with my family. We've spent a lot of time at our family cottage in Holland-enjoying long days at the beach, swimming in Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa, riding bikes through the campground, and eating way too much ice cream from The General Store! We also recently went to a Detroit Tigers baseball game, and my two kiddos even got to run the bases at the end!

I am ready to bring that same high energy into the gym this year. Get ready to move, play, and have a blast!

This summer I enjoyed spending time on the beach, camping and resting, but my most exciting adventure was a trip to Greece with my husband Michael! We were able to explore Athens and a few of the Greek islands! Although it was hot, we made lifelong memories!

☀️Hello Ada Friends,☀️

I've missed all of the non-stop attention, petting, and snuggles I get at school. My humans at home love me, but there are ONLY 6 of them. Where are the other 300 people I'm used to telling me how adorable I am all the time?

My humans went on several trips this summer, and that means I got to stay with other people, kids, and sometimes they even had other pets. Of course I'm now best friends with all of them! I can't wait to see you all again!

☀️Hello Ada Friends,☀️

Our family had a different kind of summer as it was the first time one of our kids left home (temporarily). Our oldest daughter headed to Chicago for a five-week ballet intensive with Ballet Chicago! For the rest of us, that meant we had three trips to the Windy City: one to move her in, one in the middle to visit, and the last one to watch her final performance and move her back home. She was living her best life dancing and living in a big city, while I'm wondering how I got to this stage in parenting so fast! While she was busy with her dance classes, we enjoyed visiting museums and just exploring the city! Then we all went to a family reunion in upstate New York with lots of great food, games, and time with family.

I hope you all had a summer filled with joy and adventure! I'm looking forward to all the smiles and hugs when school starts!

☀️Hello! ☀️

My name is Ryan Culey and I am the new Supervisor of Student Support Systems! I am overjoyed to make my return back to Forest Hills Public Schools. After leaving Knapp Forest on the Eastern side in 2024, I became the principal of a K-8 building in Battle Creek, MI.

This summer has been filled with so many first time experiences for our now 1 year old son, Hudson! My wife Megan and I have loved each new milestone and watching him grow!

As summer comes to a close, I am looking forward to joining the incredible team at Ada Elementary and supporting our students throughout the 26-27 school year!

☀️Hi Rangers!☀️

What a summer it has been! My daughter Kollyns and I have made the most of every sunny day! We've enjoyed plenty of beach and pool days [Kolly even learned how to swim this summer!], fun playdates with friends, and two very special visits from my sister, who lives in Australia. I joined a golf league this summer and have had such a great time getting out on the course, improving my golf skills, and enjoying lots of laughs along the way!

What a gift it is to live in such a beautiful state and get to enjoy all that Michigan summers have to offer! I'm feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and so ready to get back into a school routine and meet all of my new second graders!

I can't wait to hear about your summer adventures, too. I hope your days have been filled with sunshine, fun, laughter, and lots of special memories! See you soon!

☀️ Hi, Ada! ☀️

The Stout Family - Randy, Mary Beth, Marley (2 year old Goldendoodle), Nic (23 - lives & works in the greater GR area) always enjoy spending time with family & friends at Lake Mitchell in Cadillac. Our son, Noah is a pilot for the US Air Force stationed in FL and we look forward to visiting him in October to see his new home.

We have been blessed with a wonderful Michigan summer full of precious memories.

I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are feeling ready to get back into the school routine!

My family and I had a great summer! We spent a lot of time on the water, played outside, and spent time with extended family. Our big accomplishment of the summer was surviving a 10 hour road trip to the Smokey Mountains with our 2 year old! 😊
