Bartow County Invites Citizen Input.

Bartow County is conducting a Community Development Needs Assessment as part of the County's 2026 Community Development Block Grant application process. Citizen input received via this assessment will be incorporated into the development of current and future grant applications, including Community Development Block Grants.

The Community Development Needs Assessment form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. This opportunity for public comment closes March 31, 2025.
