📊 Traffic Study Happening This Week in Abington!

Starting today, Monday, June 1, the Old Colony Planning Council (OCPC) will be installing traffic counters at three locations in Abington as part of a regional traffic study:

📍 Route 123 at the Brockton City Line
📍 Route 123 at the Rockland Town Line
📍 Route 139 at the Rockland Town Line

The counters will be in place through Friday, June 5. You may notice small monitoring devices (radar units or rubber tubes) along the road at these locations. They are temporary and completely safe to drive over.

This data helps regional planners better understand traffic patterns and supports future transportation planning that benefits our community.
