We are proud to partner up with Jason Bryant at the Mustang Horse Gentling Clinic with Matt Zimmerman and us the Henry County Soil and Water and Wiregrass RC&D sponsored 6 students and 1 adult to attend this clinic , because we believe in investing in the next generation. This clinic provides youth with a unique hands-on learning experience, teaching foundational horsemanship skills, responsibility, patience, and proper animal care while working with wild mustangs. Opportunities like this help build confidence, develop real-world skills, and open doors for future careers in the equine industry.By supporting this clinic, we are helping make quality education accessible to students who are passionate about horses and eager to learn. We believe that when we invest in our youth, we invest in the future of our communities. Through this our District Coordinator Marissa Chancy had the opportunity to go out and experience what was being taught and take the time to educate about Soil and Water Conservation District and what we stand for . We are honored to be a part of an opportunity that will leave a lasting impact on these students and help foster the growth of responsible horsemanship for years to come.
