the community have left many of us in situations of extreme deprivation
and vulnerability and,

Whereas, Many children have been left orphaned, malnourished, illiterate and

Whereas The percentage of Aids Victims, widows, widowers, village idlers and

unemployment is on the increase

We The founder members of LWAMATA FOUNDATION FOR HOPE AND PEACE
(LAFHOP) realizing that our individualistic approach and community systems are not
coordinated and may not be able to accommodate effectively with the increasing numbers
of the needy and,

Realizing that our efforts are hindered by lack of information, coordination and other vital support
resources to effectively assist to support the poor,

Convinced that we could better address the plight of the less privileged through coordinated and joint
efforts, we the founder members subscribed here under to constitute our selves into
Lwamata Foundation for Hope and Peace (LAFHOP).
