Hello friends, today's discussion revolves around box roof linkages. If your roof began leaking immediately after installation, the issue lies with your engineer, as some fail to consider the direction of water flow, valley gutter size, and type. These oversights are primary causes of linkages. Installing a small valley gutter, for instance, will prompt water to seek an exit, while neglecting to provide a suitable gradient for water flow will yield similar results. Another issue arises from unprofessional workers who damage iron sheets while climbing on the roof to install parapet wall finishes. Therefore, it is crucial to carefully select your engineer.
