Как за мною лань бежала
По лесной тропе…
Я – спешила, я – не знала
О своей судьбе.

Лани поступь грациозна,
Взгляд её – лукав.
Я же – чересчур серьёзна.
Я – бегу стремглав.

Убежала. Отдышалась.
Сердце, не стучи! –
Пусть идёт своей дорогой –
Нам – не по пути!

Только слышу – бьют копытца:
Догоняет вновь!
…Что ж, пришла пора влюбиться
В новую любовь!
