It is important to learn about different cultures of the world. Cultural differences often become obstacles when dealing with world interactions. Cultural differences can cause misunderstandings and misinterpretation which lead to racism and, in time, cause political situations that make it difficult for us to work together. In order to increase understanding and awareness of other cultures in the world in which we are living, we need to educate ourselves. Experiencing our differences through community activism values our differences, and puts our struggle at the heart of making positive social change. In order to have a world that is fitting for everyone, we should learn about different cultures and explore the lifestyles of the world.
