R.I. District 3490 宜蘭扶輪青年服務社 Rotaract Club of YiLan 以服務廣結聯誼 本團由宜蘭扶輪社輔導成立

宜蘭扶輪青年服務社之成立是為響應當時，國際扶輪總社社長所指示「助人真快樂之號召」，並為青年人搭起友誼之橋樑，而在宜蘭扶輪社全體社友的熱烈支持及參與下著手籌備。

經過三個多月的積極籌措，宜蘭扶輪青年服務社終於在八十二年六月十二日成立臨時社，並於八十二年六月二十二日正式獲得國際總社核准
並於同年八月二十四日正式授證。

本團成立至在輔導社uncle們的指導支持及社員們的熱心參與下日益茁壯，並舉辦過許多深具重大意義服務﹐藉著這些活動來服務社區並訓練自己。
