桃園仁愛之家原名新竹慈惠院，光復後行政區域重劃，更名為私立桃園救濟院，並將新竹院址遷至桃園市成功路(民國84年改建，現為附設成功老人養護中心)，65年配合政策改為台灣省私立桃園仁愛之家，業務區域涵蓋範圍桃園、新竹、苗栗，純為協助政府推動社會福利政策，致力打造溫馨祥和的老人福利之非營利機構。
