🔥 The Slovak Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei was pleased to participate in both the 2026 EU Investment Forum and SEMICON Taiwan, two key events highlighting the growing importance of international cooperation in semiconductors, advanced technologies, and innovation.
🎯 The EU Investment Forum brought together more than 300 representatives from industry, academia, and government, alongside EU officials and European business leaders, underscoring the strong potential of deeper EU-Taiwan cooperation in semiconductors and AI.
🎯 On the sidelines of SEMICON Taiwan, Head of the Slovak Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, Lucia Langer, met with representatives of the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (FEI STU). The discussions focused on strengthening Slovakia-Taiwan cooperation in semiconductor technologies, innovation, research, talent development, and investment opportunities.
