其實日租、週租、月租，適用的規範並不完全相同。
2026年第一季的查核資料顯示，台北市列管的非法旅館有400多家，且全數都是日租套房。
如果只看到漂亮照片就直接付款，不只可能遇到實際房況與照片不符，也可能臨時被取消，甚至入住後找不到可以負責處理問題的人。
訂房前，至少先確認這幾件事：
出租或服務業者是誰？實際租期與費用怎麼計算？有沒有清楚的租賃契約？入住後遇到問題可以聯繫誰？
