【 台灣攜手歐洲夥伴深化數位合作！】

吳志中次長出席由外交部委託 TaiwanICDF財團法人國際合作發展基金會 舉辦的 結訓典禮，為19位來自烏克蘭、波蘭、斯洛維尼亞及羅馬尼亞等國的資通訊專家頒發結訓證書，鼓勵他們學成歸國後發揮所長，與台灣保持密切合作。

吳次長表示，因應日益複雜的網路攻擊、假訊息與AI操弄等灰色地帶侵擾，強化 #數位治理 與 #資安韌性 已成為國際合作的重要課題。台灣是全球科技創新與民主供應鏈可信賴的重要夥伴，如同佳龍部長強調「團結將有助於守護繁榮」，世界需要台灣，而台灣需要盟友。

台灣將持續與歐洲理念相近夥伴分享經驗、強化能力建構，共同打造更安全、更具韌性的民主夥伴網絡。

Taiwan strengthens digital cooperation with European partners!

MOFA Deputy Minister François Wu recently attended the completion ceremony for participants from Central and Eastern Europe & Ukraine in a Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund training course on 5G and smart vertical applications. He presented completion certificates to ICT professionals from Ukraine, Poland, Slovenia, and Romania, encouraging them to apply what they learned on their return home and to continue cooperating closely with their counterparts in Taiwan.

Wu said that, given the increasing complexity of gray-zone tactics, including cyberattacks, disinformation, and AI manipulation, strengthening digital governance and cyber resilience has become a key theme of international cooperative initiatives. He added that Taiwan is a trusted global partner for technological innovation and democratic supply chains, echoing Minister Lin Chia-lung's concept that solidarity helps safeguard prosperity and that the world needs Taiwan, just as Taiwan needs alliances.

Taiwan will continue to work with like-minded European partners, sharing experience, strengthening capacity building, and forging a more secure and resilient network of democratic partnerships.

國際來訪友人不斷，前幾天陳明祺次長款宴 #美國佛州議會領袖訪問團，歡迎眾議會教育就業委員會主席Jennifer Canady 一行來台交流！

席間陳次長表示，台美雙邊經貿、投資交流日增，雙方教育合作也持續深化，尤其透過 #台美教育倡議，台灣與佛州高科技人才培育及校對校合作成果豐碩。期待雙邊發揮產業與技術的互補優勢，共同打造高科技非紅供應鏈，拓展互利共榮的夥伴關係。

MOFA welcomes a delegation of Florida state legislators on their Taiwan visit!

MOFA HQ has been busy this week with a series of overseas visitors, including a recent delegation from Florida led by Chair of the House of Representatives Education and Employment Committee Jennifer Canady, which MOFA Deputy Minister Chen Ming-chi welcomed with a banquet.

During the meal, Chen stated that bilateral trade, investment, and education cooperation has continued to thrive in recent years, with successful initiatives between Taiwan and Florida on high-tech talent cultivation and university link-ups under the Taiwan-US Education Initiative. He expressed hope that both sides can harness their complementary industry and tech strengths to forge high-tech non-red supply chains, boosting our partnership of prosperity.

Canady said there is cross-party support for Taiwan in Florida, and hoped the visit would give the delegation insight into Taiwan's emerging tech strengths, investment-friendly environment, and talent-cultivation prowess.

MOFA will continue to work with states across the US on trade, tech, and education initiatives, bolstering bilateral ties through substantive engagement.

佳龍部長日前從義大利返台，馬上與好朋友相見歡，接見訪問團主席文杜拉（Marcello Maria Ventura）與隨行多位議會議員！

佳龍部長感謝倫巴底大區議會去年11月通過友我決議案，支持台灣有意義參與國際組織，以及義大利政府日前協助與支持我國蕭美琴副總統出席第二屆「文托泰內歐洲自由與民主論壇」，也向訪賓提到歐洲推動「戰略自主」與「再武裝」的目標下，台灣是值得信賴的合作夥伴。

文杜拉主席表示很高興再次率團訪問台灣，深化雙邊交流。去年倫巴底大區議會議員首度訪台後，進一步在議會中成立 #跨黨派友台小組，展現全體成員支持台灣民主自由價值。

吳志中次長也舉行款宴歡迎文杜拉主席一行，欣見台義關係近年不斷深化，台灣在全球半導體及AI市場中扮演關鍵角色，期盼訪團透過此次訪台，持續為台灣與義大利北部創造更多實質合作契機。

MOFA welcomes the delegation from the regional councils of Lombardy & Piedmont on their Taiwan visit!

After recently visiting Italy, MOFA Minister Lin Chia-lung received the delegation of Italian regional council members, led by delegation chair Marcello Maria Ventura!

Minister Lin thanked the Council of Lombardy for passing a resolution in November of last year in support of Taiwan's meaningful participation in international organizations, as well as the Italian government for assistance and support for Vice President Bi-khim Hsiao's attendance at the 2nd European Conference of Ventotene for Freedom and Democracy. He stated that Taiwan can be a trusted cooperative partner for Europe, working together to achieve the goals of strategic autonomy and rearmament.

Ventura said he was delighted to lead yet another delegation to Taiwan, strengthening bilateral exchange. After leading its first delegation to Taiwan last year, the Lombardy Regional Council formed the Lombardy-Taiwan Interparty Friendship Group, in a show of support for Taiwan's democratic and free values.

MOFA Deputy Minister François Wu hosted a welcome banquet for the delegation, lauding the strengthening of ties between Taiwan and Italy over recent years and expressing hope that the visit will create substantive opportunities for cooperation between Taiwan and northern Italy, given Taiwan's critical role in AI and semiconductor supply chains.

跟大家分享好消息，歐洲議會全會前天通過友台決議案，肯定台灣的防衛韌性與科技實力，並呼籲深化與台灣等理念相近夥伴的合作。

這項決議案 #歐洲民主之盾特別委員會調查結果與建議 的內容包含：

🛡 肯定台灣為「情勢感知」（situational awareness）領域的重要夥伴，定期舉辦大規模民防與韌性演習，提升因應中國日益加劇的灰色地帶攻勢，台灣 #全社會韌性 的經驗有助歐盟發展整備概念，協助提升歐洲民主之盾的整體效能。

🛡 注及台灣高科技實力與長期因應中國混合式攻擊與資訊操弄的豐富經驗，呼籲歐盟與台灣、日本、韓國等東亞理念相近夥伴就反制 #境外資訊操弄與干預 及 #海底電纜 安全等議題進行定期交流合作。

MOFA thanks the European Parliament for expressing support for Taiwan 🇹🇼🤝🇪🇺

Good news! The European Parliament recently adopted a resolution lauding Taiwan's defense resilience and leading role in high-tech development, and calling for strengthened cooperation with like-minded partners in East Asia, including Taiwan.

The text of the findings and recommendations of the Special Committee on the European Democracy Shield adopted:

🛡 lauds Taiwan as a leading partner in terms of situational awareness, noting the organization of extensive civil defense and resilience exercises aiming to combat the PRC’s increasing grey-zone warfare tactics, adding that Taiwan’s whole-of-society approach and best practice can contribute to developing the concept of preparedness in the EU, and strengthen shared situational awareness, early-warning capacities and the overall effectiveness of the European Democracy Shield;

🛡 notes Taiwan’s leading role in high-tech development, and our extensive experience in defending ourselves against PRC hybrid attacks and FIMI, and calls for regular exchanges on relevant security issues, as well as for stronger cooperation on countering FIMI and the sabotage of undersea cables with like-minded partners in East Asia, including Taiwan, Japan and South Korea.

Minister Lin welcomes yet another show of support from the European Parliament, stating that Taiwan will continue to work with our friends to strengthen cooperation to counter the threat of disinformation and hybrid warfare from authoritarian countries and contribute to the peace, security and prosperity of the Indo-Pacific region.

台灣青年挺進國際，拓展外交新動能！

外交部2026年「 #國際青年大使交流計畫」圓滿完成！今年分為「帛琉團」及「加勒比海團」，共有45位大專院校青年大使連同10位 #臺灣國際青年大使協會 （TIYAA）團員，走訪帛琉🇵🇼，以及聖文森🇻🇨、聖克里斯多福及尼維斯🇰🇳、紐約、邁阿密，與當地政要及青年代表等交流，用青春、專業與溝通深化台灣與友邦的情誼！

帛琉團訪問期間適逢 #太平洋島國論壇 （PIF）於帛琉舉行，青年大使化身接待大使，協助 #榮邦特展 導覽，向各國貴賓介紹台灣的國際合作與外交成果，並在「台灣之夜」帶來多場文化饗宴。今年更首度加入「無人機應用」專長青使，在帛琉進行飛行展演，展現台灣青年結合前瞻科技與外交的創新能量。

加勒比海團在聖文森、聖克里斯多福及尼維斯訪問期間，除以文化才藝打動當地人，也分別與兩國青年深入對話，分享民主治理與創新等議題，另外也參訪我國在兩國推動的國際合作成果。返程過境紐約時，也與哥倫比亞大學及耶魯大學台灣留學生座談，並拜會「世界青年聯盟」（World Youth Alliance）及「世台聯合基金會」（STUF United Fund），就青年議題及國際參與進行交流。

兩團青使實地走訪我國於邦交國推動的合作計畫，從帛琉的農漁業、綠能與無人機合作，到加勒比海友邦的農業科技、社會發展及循環經濟計畫，台灣持續以務實合作回應友邦需求。外交部也將持續鼓勵青年走向世界、參與國際，以行動深化邦誼，展現台灣能貢獻，也能與世界同行的力量！🇹🇼🤝🌏

Taiwan's International Youth Ambassadors bring new energy to diplomatic efforts!

MOFA's 2026 International Youth Ambassador Program has drawn to a fruitful close! 45 participants from universities and vocational institutions took part this year and were divided into the Palau and Caribbean delegations. Along with 10 members of the Taiwan International Youth Ambassador Association, one team visited Palau🇵🇼, while the other visited Saint Vincent and the Grenadines🇻🇨, Saint Kitts and Nevis🇰🇳, New York, and Miami, engaging with local political figures and young people to strengthen our diplomatic ties!

The Palau visit coincided with the Pacific Islands Forum, where the youth ambassadors served as guides for the Pacific Prosperity Exhibit, explaining to international VIPs the results of Taiwan's cooperative initiatives and diplomatic efforts. They also served up a cultural feast on Taiwan Night. This was the first year youth ambassadors with expertise in unmanned aerial vehicles were included in the program, and they put on an aerial show, showcasing the innovation possible when young Taiwanese people have access to cutting-edge technology.

During their visit to our Caribbean allies, the other delegation also engaged local people through cultural performances and spoke with young people about topics such as democratic governance and innovation. They also witnessed the results of our cooperative initiatives with the countries. While transiting in New York, they engaged in discussions with Taiwanese students at Columbia and Yale, as well as representatives from the World Youth Alliance and the STUF United Fund (FB no tag), on youth affairs and international participation.

During their visits to our allies, the young people saw for themselves the results of cooperative initiatives with Palau on agriculture, fisheries, green energy, and unmanned aerial vehicles, and with Caribbean allies on agritech, societal development, and the circular economy, demonstrating Taiwan's commitment to partnering with our allies on initiatives that respond to their needs. MOFA will continue to encourage young people to engage with the international community and take an active role in contributing to it, while strengthening our ties with diplomatic allies!🇹🇼🤝🌏

歡迎日本國民民主黨訪問團來訪！

昨天佳龍部長接見日本 #國民民主黨 選舉對策委員長村岡敏英眾議員一行，包括許斐亮太郎眾議員、臼木秀剛眾議員及野村美穗眾議員等人，雙方就深化台日合作及印太區域情勢等議題深入交流。

部長感謝國民民主黨多次重申台海和平穩定的重要性，也提到台日同處印太第一島鏈，共同面臨中國網路攻擊與認知作戰等灰色地帶侵擾，應加強相關安全合作與經驗分享。部長也籲請來訪議員持續協助推動台日洽簽 #自由貿易協定，並支持台灣加入 #跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定，進一步深化台日經貿夥伴關係

村岡眾議員表示，台日往來頻繁、彼此情感深厚，每當日本遭逢天災地震，台灣總是第一時間伸出援手，感謝台灣的暖心協助。此外，他也強調國民民主黨高度重視台海和平穩定，並清楚認知台灣安全與日本安全息息相關；未來將持續敦促日本政府進一步深化台日合作關係，攜手守護印太地區的和平與穩定。

MOFA welcomes the delegation from Japan's Democratic Party For the People on their Taiwan visit!

MOFA Minister Lin Chia-lung recently held an audience with the delegation led by the head of the party's election committee, Representative Muraoka Toshihide, which included Representative Konomi Ryotaro, Representative Usuki Hidetake, and Representative Nomura Miho. During the audience, they discussed strengthening Taiwan-Japan cooperation and developments in the Indo-Pacific region.

Minister Lin thanked the party for reiterating the importance of Taiwan Strait peace and stability. He stated that, as both countries are located on the first island chain in the Indo-Pacific and face similar PRC grey-zone tactics, such as cyberattacks and cognitive warfare, they should strengthen security cooperation and experience-sharing. Minister Lin asked the visiting representatives to continue advocating for Taiwan and Japan to sign a free trade agreement, and to support Taiwan's accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, to further bilateral trade ties.

Representative Muraoka remarked on the frequent exchanges and deep emotional connection between our countries, stating that Taiwan is always the first to offer a helping hand when Japan experiences a natural disaster. He added that the party places great importance on the peace and stability of the Taiwan Strait, and acknowledged that Taiwan's security is inextricably linked to Japan's. He said he would continue to encourage the Japanese government to strengthen cooperative ties with Taiwan, allowing both countries to work together to safeguard peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.

佳龍部長昨日接見並歡迎 #宏都拉斯 國會自由黨黨鞭卡利斯議員訪問台灣，提到台宏兩國過去在教育、醫療公衛、基礎建設及人才培育等領域累積豐碩合作成果。我國珍視與宏國人民的傳統友誼，也將秉持務實開放的態度，樂見未來關係發展創造更多可能。

此外，部長也以台灣與巴拉圭合作推動 #榮邦計畫 為例，說明宏都拉斯鄰近北美市場與產業發展潛力，未來如果能結合彼此優勢，將有助促進產業發展及人民福祉。

卡利斯議員表示肯定台灣是自由民主及經濟發展的重要典範，此次訪台實地瞭解台灣政經、社會及高科技發展現況，期待能與台灣在既有合作基礎上，開拓更多合作契機！

Parliamentary diplomacy an important force in strengthening democratic partnerships!

MOFA Minister Lin Chia-lung recently held an audience with Partido Liberal de Honduras (Liberal Party of Honduras) Party Whip JorgeCalix, who is currently visiting Taiwan. During the audience, Minister Lin highlighted the results of past cooperative initiatives between the two countries in education, public health, infrastructure, and talent cultivation. He added that Taiwan cherishes its traditional friendship with the Honduran people and will continue to approach ties with a pragmatic, open attitude, with an eye to the possibilities that developments could bring.

Minister Lin also pointed to what has been achieved with Paraguay under the Diplomatic Allies Prosperity Project, adding that Honduras neighbors the North American market and has strong potential for industrial development. He suggested that if the strengths of both countries can be harnessed, the result could be industrial development that benefits both peoples.

Cálix lauded Taiwan's freedom, democracy, and economic development as an important model, adding that the trip had given him on-the-ground insights into Taiwan's development in terms of the political and economic spheres, as well as society as a whole and the high-tech sector, and expressed hope to explore further cooperative initiatives on the existing foundation!

今年聯合國大會日前已開議，聯合國卻再度因政治因素排除台灣。我國駐紐約辦事處發揮創意巧思，透過時報廣場電子看板與最具紐約精神象徵之一的計程車廣告看板等形式，向當地居民與各國參與聯大會議人士傳達我國訴求。

外交部再次強調，聯大第2758號決議全文並沒有提到台灣，也沒有排除台灣參與聯合國體系，並呼籲聯合國接納台灣參與，也請國際社會共同反制中國對該決議內容的惡意扭曲及打壓我國國際參與空間。

我們呼籲聯合國應落實「不遺漏任何人」的承諾，納入台灣參與，實現一個普惠全民的聯合國。面對各式各樣的挑戰，台灣能與世界一起拚，一起邁向更好，為永續發展目標做出更多貢獻！

The 81st officially kicked off recently; however, Taiwan, a member of the international community, has once again been excluded for political reasons. Our New York mission has made Taiwan’s voice heard around the with billboards in Times Square, at bus stops and newsstands, and on the iconic yellow taxis!

MOFA reiterates that UNGA Resolution 2758 makes no mention of Taiwan and should not be used as a pretext to exclude 23.5 million people from UN representation. The campaign calls on the international community to reject the PRC's deliberate misrepresentation of the resolution to limit Taiwan's international presence.

We call on the UN to make good on its oft-touted claim to "leave no one behind," and incorporate Taiwan into the UN system. Taiwan wants to contribute to tackling the array of challenges facing the global community and make progress toward realizing the Sustainable Development Goals.

佳龍部長昨日舉辦午宴，歡迎 #吐瓦魯 外交、勞工及貿易部帕納巴（Hon. Paulson Panapa）部長一行，雙方就台吐邦誼，以及農漁業技術、氣候韌性等議題深入交換意見。

佳龍部長表示，台吐兩國情誼深厚，長期秉持如家人般相互扶持、攜手共榮的精神，持續深化各領域合作。近期雙方陸續完成勞工合作、避免所得稅雙重課稅及防杜逃稅、無人載具等協議，展現深化制度性合作的共同決心。台灣也將透過 #總合外交 及 #榮邦計畫 ，提升吐國氣候調適與永續發展能力；同時持續推動虱目魚養殖等合作計畫，協助強化糧食安全與在地生產，讓合作成果真正嘉惠人民。🌎🌱🐟

Taiwan & Tuvalu strengthen diplomatic ties, ushering in a sustainable future!🇹🇼🤝🏻🇹🇻

MOFA Minister Lin Chia-lung recently hosted Tuvalu Minister for Foreign Affairs, Labor, and Trade Paulson Panapa for a welcome luncheon, where they discussed bilateral ties, agricultural and fisheries know-how, and climate resilience.

Minister Lin said the diplomatic ties between our two countries are like family ties, in how we support one another and have strengthened cooperation across sectors toward a vision of common prosperity. Both sides have completed a range of cooperative initiatives on labor cooperation, avoiding double taxation, preventing tax evasion, and unmanned aerial vehicles, demonstrating our joint determination to strengthen institutional cooperation. Taiwan will continue to partner with the country on climate adaptation and sustainable development in line with the integrated diplomatic approach and the Diplomatic Allies Prosperity Project. We've also partnered with the country on aquaculture initiatives, including building capacity in milkfish cultivation, boosting food security, and local production to benefit local people.🌎🌱🐟

Minister Panapa thanked Taiwan for support, calling cooperative initiatives key to improving living standards and driving development. He also expressed hope to continue strengthening cooperation on climate resilience and sustainable development, and to contribute together to a peaceful, stable, and prosperous Pacific.

誠摯歡迎馬來西亞沙巴州農漁業及食品工業部長拿督加馬威‧查法訪問台灣！

上週加馬威部長應邀率團訪問台灣，期間除了出席「台灣智慧農漁週」開幕式，也前來外交部拜會佳龍部長。

佳龍部長提到台灣與馬來西亞民間交流緊密，並肯定沙巴州政府此次訪台，是雙方逐步建立與深化官方互動的重要進展。

訪團也拜會農業部及TaiwanICDF財團法人國際合作發展基金會 ，深入瞭解台灣農業政策規畫與對外農業合作的成功經驗，並前往桃園、嘉義、台南、高雄與屏東參訪我國農漁業相關設施、人才培育及交流實務經驗。外交部期盼未來增進與沙巴州交流互動，持續推動雙邊在 #智慧農漁業 及 #糧食安全 議題的合作，共創永續發展與繁榮。

Taiwan SMART Agriweek 臺灣智慧農漁週

MOFA welcomes the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Industries for the Malaysian's state of Sabah Datuk Jamawi Ja’afar on his Taiwan visit!

The delegation, led by the minister, attended the opening ceremony for and was received for an audience with Minister Lin Chia-lung.

Minister Lin stated that Taiwan and Malaysia enjoy close civil society ties, and lauded the government of Sabah for undertaking the visit, which represents an important advance in the strengthening of bilateral official engagement.

The delegation also visited the Ministry of Agriculture and the Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund, giving them insight into Taiwan's agricultural policy and successful international agriculture initiatives. They also met with agricultural and fisheries industry representatives in Taoyuan, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung to discuss Taiwan's practical experience in infrastructure and talent cultivation.

MOFA hopes to continue engaging with the state on smart agriculture and fisheries and food security to advance sustainable development and bring prosperity.
