雅各布．辛是一位常駐德國柏林的跨領域藝術家。他運用類比攝影、影像與聲音進行創作，並經常結合場域特定的田野錄音，從一種安靜且觀察性的視角發展出帶有詩意的作品。雅各布的創作著重於細節、痕跡與各種連結，透過這些元素生成細膩的敘事，並使社會、民主、依賴關係以及人類活動與自然之間關係等更宏觀的議題得以浮現。藝術家特別著迷於瞬間、過渡和組合，在這些細微的時刻中，各種連結逐漸展開。
雅各布．辛曾於歐洲與亞洲展出作品及進行演出，其中包括日本、泰國與荷蘭。他亦曾於京都國際攝影節 KG+、Kunsthaus Hamburg 以及慕尼現代藝術陳列館等機構與藝術節發表作品。
Jakob Sinn is an interdisciplinary artist based in Berlin, Germany. Working with analog photography, video, and sound — often drawing on site-specific field recordings — he develops poetic works that emerge from a quiet, observational perspective. His work focuses on details, traces, and constellations through which subtle narratives arise and broader questions of society, democracy, dependency, and the relationship between human activity and nature become visible. He is interested in subtle moments, transitions, and constellations in which connections gradually unfold.
Jakob Sinn has shown his work and performed in Europe and Asia, including Japan, Thailand, and the Netherlands, as well as at institutions and festivals such as KG+ Photography Festival in Kyoto, Kunsthaus Hamburg, and the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich.
