成立緣起：小櫻桃親子遊戲屋由"台灣親子閱讀與遊戲協會"承辦。本協會為社會局委託辦理之「友善育兒園」，為免費的育兒友善托育場地，提供一個專為6足歲以下孩子身心發展需求所布置的活動空間，館內設有辦家家同儕互動遊戲區、親子共玩操作性教具、玩具、幼兒親子桌遊、圖書區等等，讓家長與兒童照顧者能安心快樂的陪伴孩子共讀及遊戲，同時也提供父母與兒童照顧者喘息、交流心得的最佳場所。
