人民作主，透過民主程序，決定自己的命運，並共同承擔後果，是台灣人民百年來的願望。走過外來殖民、獨裁統治，台灣人民一步一步爭取到基本權利，建立初步的民主，但是「人民作主」這項素樸的願望，卻還未完全實現。為了延續前人的打拼，結合、擴大志工的力量，我們成立《人民作主志工行動網》，打算透過各種非武力行動，排除政治阻礙，實現台灣人民百年來「做國家主人」的願望。
